Dreyer's description of NGC 6819 in his New General Catalog (NGC):
"Cluster, very large, very rich in stars, stars of magnitude 11 to 15."
Quote from: The Deep Sky Field Guide to Uranometria 2000:
"Moderately rich in stars; small brightness range; strong central concentration; detached. Diameter 9.5 arc minutes."
This Open Star Cluster in the constellation of Cygnus has about 150 member stars, and is sometimes called the "Fox Head Cluster".
