NGC 68 is the brightest member of a galaxy cluster known as VV-166 and Arp 113. The group is made up of eight elliptical, lenticular, or spiral galaxies. Spiral Galaxy NGC 74 lies a few arc minutes to the west, and is probably another cluster member. It is just out side of the Kopernik picture. This group is roughly 350 million light years away.
